I. How far in advance should we book?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Popular wedding dates can book well in advance, especially during peak wedding season. That said, I’m always happy to check availability for your date, even if your wedding is coming up soon.
II. How do we officially book our wedding date?
Your date is officially reserved once your signed wedding photography agreement and required retainer are received. Until then, your date remains available to other couples.
III. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are available as an add-on and are included with select wedding collections. They’re a great opportunity for us to get comfortable together before your wedding day while creating beautiful images for your save the dates, invitations, or simply to keep.
IV. Can we customize our collection?
Absolutely. Your wedding day is unique, so your photography experience can be customized with additional coverage, a second photographer, engagement sessions, heirloom albums, and other enhancements.
V. Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes! A second photographer is available as an add-on and is included with select collections. A second photographer can be especially helpful for larger weddings, multiple locations, and getting-ready coverage.
VI. How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is different, so I don't promise a specific number of images. Instead, I focus on delivering a thoughtfully curated gallery filled with the moments, emotions, details, and story of your day.
VII. How long will it take to receive our gallery?
Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–10 weeks. You'll also receive sneak peeks along the way so you don't have to wait that long to relive your day.
VIII. Do you deliver RAW or unedited images?
No. RAW and unedited files are not delivered. Your final gallery consists of carefully selected and professionally edited images that represent my artistic style and vision.
IX. Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes! Luxury heirloom wedding albums, parent albums, and custom print products are available as additions to your collection. Albums are professionally designed to turn your favorite photographs into something you can physically hold and preserve for generations.
X. Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! Travel throughout the Buffalo, NY area is included with your collection. Weddings outside of Buffalo and destination weddings are welcome and receive a customized travel quote.
XI. Do you offer elopement and destination wedding photography?
Yes! I offer dedicated elopement collections as well as destination wedding collections, including multi-day coverage for couples planning a full destination wedding experience.
XII. What happens if you are unavailable or something unexpected happens?
Your wedding photography agreement includes provisions for unforeseen circumstances. I maintain professional backup equipment and take extensive precautions to protect your images throughout the wedding day and editing process.
XIII. Can our wedding photos be used with AI?
Your images may not be uploaded, submitted, altered, trained on, or otherwise used with artificial intelligence systems or image-generation platforms without prior written permission from Jenna Partsch Photography LLC. This protection applies to both the photographer's original files and delivered images.
